Epithets are a 5-piece post-punk band from Brisbane, Australia. Our debut album 'Year Of Glad' is out now as a pay-what-you-want download!
Been a while, pals. Thought you might like to know that we’re readying a new EP, and should have it out by July. The working title is “A New Tradition.” We’ll put something here when we’ve more news - following us on Facebook is usually the safest way to keep up to date, though!
All the best,
Nick/’thets.
We now have shirts and bags up for sale on Big Cartel!
Artwork was done by the lovely Mel Stringer.
Friends and relations,
Our album, Year Of Glad, is coming out in November! In the lead up, we thought we’d do our best to see about getting played on the radio. We have two new songs (plus our first single, Blacklisted) on our Unearthed page, and it increases our chances drastically if you rate our songs or write reviews. Even playing them on the site is a help!
It would mean a lot if you’d take the time to tell us what you think!

(Please stay tuned for more information concerning the digital release of the album soon!)
Last week we had the mock-album cover “Shark Eats Band”… In just over an hour another work of art will be unveiled.
Who knows what it is?
Some people do.
Dear friends,
In celebration of the fact that we’re touring nationally over the next few weeks, we’d like to give you a sneak preview of our forthcoming LP, Year Of Glad. Though it’s not due for release until November, for this weekend and next weekend, the album will be available to stream in it’s entirety at our Bandcamp page. It’s something we’re all extremely proud of, and quite frankly, we’re tired of waiting to share it with you. We’d love to know what you think.
(the artwork, sadly, wasn’t ready in time. Fortunately, Alison and Lisy made a placeholder.)
